When you sign up for a managed account with ForexByPros, you provide our account managers with authorization to trade with your investment, on your behalf. You as the account holder, will retain full ownership and is the only person who is able to make deposits and withdrawal requests. ForexByPros will only receive a "Performance Fee" payment, based on profits gained.

The performance fee is an agreed percentage of profits gained on your investment. The performance fee is the only charge you pay for using the ForexByPros service.

We do use a high watermark calculation. This means that we will only receive the performance free when the value of your investment is greater than the previous value. If the value of the investment drops, ForexByPros will receive a performance fee when the total of the investment reaches its last value again. Calculations are based on balances at the start and end of the calender month.

The performance fee is automatically deducted from new profits on your account, on the first working day of the following month.

At ForexByPros, the safety of your investment is our priority. Your funds are placed in an account in your name with the broker and you are the only person with permission to withdraw them. ForexByPros only has authority to trade on your account, and to receive payment of the agreed performance fee on new profits. This system provides the highest level of security, so that you can feel confident knowing that your investment is safe.

As the named account holder, you alone can withdraw funds. ForexByPros only have authorization to trade on your account and receive the performance fee when new profits are achieved.

Power of Attorney is a legal document, which we ask you to sign in order to provide your ForexByPros manager with authority to trade on your investment. The POA document clearly states the specific limitations of our authority over your funds, and ensures that you retain control over withdrawals from your account. Having the POA in place is another way of protecting your investment and keeping your funds safe.
